The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.

The apartment is located in a newly renovated remise from the year 1900 in Berlin. The house can be accessed via the front house at Mittenwalderstrasse 8 and is located in the quiet courtyard. The 70 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by a staircase. The heart is the large, bright kitchen with generous amenities and a dining area.
