In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. The apartment is in the attic. In the bathroom there is a slope, which could be a bit of a hindrance for tall people. Showering is only comfortable when sitting in the bathtub, due to the sloping roof.
