Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

When vacationing - then Mühle!

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. We would like to welcome you to our cozy holiday apartment in the village of Pleißa, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. You can reach the city of Chemnitz by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.
