However, the holiday home itself, with its comprehensive wellness facilities such as a heated pool, sauna, and steam bath, provides excellent conditions for a memorable break. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age. Those who choose to stay can look forward to cozy barbecue evenings at the villa's own barbecue area or simply enjoy the tranquility on the terrace or garden. For smaller groups, there is also the option to book the house without apartment C at a reduced price, which will then not be rented out to others. Beyond the holiday home, numerous attractions beckon: A short walk takes you to a nearby swimming pond and the impressive Gothic KOST Castle. Well-signposted hiking trails lead to diverse excursion destinations such as the rock castle Drabske svetnicky or the Valecov ruins. Moreover, the surrounding towns with their cultural offerings, like the SKODA Museum in Mlada Boleslav or various historic inns, are easily accessible. The nearest town is Mnichovo Hradiste, which boasts impressive sights such as a castle and the Wallenstein Tomb. Guests of the villa have access to an intranet with further information and GPS coordinates to all destinations.

Každý má vlastní plně vybavenou kuchyni, vlastní koupelnu i ložnici. Majitel v objektu nepobývá. Na pozemku je bazén, sauna, terasa, pergola, krb, ohniště. Vše k dispozici. Zahrada (1.350m2) je sdílená pro A1 i A2. V docházkové vzdálenosti od chalupy najdete restaurace, bary, poštu, autobusové i vlakové nádraží. Praha 30min po dálnici.

Cycling path and swimming just behind the fence, walking in nature and at historical places (chateau, churches, old pilgrimage site Stará Boleslav), restaurants, cafés, natural lakes and forests. Čížovka je stará česká chalupa a moderní prázdninová vila v jednom. Duší je chalupou, místem, kam už se nemůžete dočkat, až odjedete z města. Při rekonstrukci jsme zachovali to, co vás na starém domě táhne, třeba 150 let staré pískovcové zdi, zápraží a špaletová okna. Současně jsme dům zařídili tak, aby se tu všichni cítili, jako na prázdninách a měli potřebné zázemí a vybavení. Nechybí tady prosklená stěna, za ní už jen les, ale ještě před lesem velký vyhřívaný bazén a terasa s grilem.

More people can be accommodated by agreement. The apartment is on the first floor of the house /60 m2/. From the spacious hall with an equipped kitchenette, you enter your bedroom on the balcony and the bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sauna. Sauna is not included in the price of the offer.
