Excellent place for accommodation, quiet, super safe and comfortable, ideal for people or groups who come to work in Santiago for several days and come from a distant province, in my case from San Cristóbal.

I loved it, I went with my family in Semana Santa and the place is beautiful, Vicenta's attention is first, the Lady who received us was also very good, always pending, the view was what I liked most, it is just spectacular, the climate was perfect, I always had a coat, that I like, they have the super equipped kitchen, you find more than you think you will have, towels, blankets, everything and that you can cook without losing the view of the mountains for me it was worth everything, since many times to which the kitchen touches us we have to lose some things and that I loved, the distribution of the space and that the kitchen has glass so you can continue to see that beautiful landscape, the space is perfect, it is great, the pool has an excellent depth to go with family (with children) in the end it was all excellent, I will definitely come back, I will definitely recommend it to the maximum.

Loved the house. Very clean and comfortable. Maly is a great host and very responsive. Our family enjoyed the games and the beautiful courtyard.

The villa was the perfect location for our networking incentive. We held our workshops in the spacious living room and had a wonderful afternoon program in the stunning surroundings. Also perfect activities for the four children who were with us. The hosts were extremely reliable and accommodated every request. We will definitely be back🙂

I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay. I have visited multiple times and have never faced any issues. The location is excellent as it is near the monumental zone which offers many restaurants and activities. Americo the host is very accommodating and always responds quickly to any requests. Overall this apartment provides a wonderful experience for all guests.

Me I felt at home

A quiet place, in the center of Santiago, ideal to enjoy, go now and have a good time with the family.

I know Rafael is an extraordinary host to me and guests at this time. I really like the normal apartment including a secured steel door and plain door. Wifi is good spread over the apartment. TV is a great in the bedroom. Plus, A/C is helpful to me so I feel calm and fall asleep easy. Washer operates well. Unfortunately, Dryer machine is not provided. Simply, I put my few wet clothes onthe cage window and patio chair so the air waves them drying.
