Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

The villa is very spacious and clean. The location is in a posh and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and come back again. The only downside is transportation, best to have a car (but this is very well written)

We had a very pleasant stay, in a spacious house, with the charming touches that make you appreciate your stay, Giulinana and Mauro are remarkable hosts, very kind and considerate, we greatly appreciated their availability, discretion and help. Great customer relationship!!!!!!

We stayed at Simone's place with 3 adults, a baby and a little dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we enjoyed it and why we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, size and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests (the presence of the fence, among other things, is essential for those who, like us, bring their dog), full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as host and last but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation we have ever stayed in in Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to unplug from the daily city rhythms and we will certainly do it again!

Renate's house in Poiano is in a fantastic location. It's incredibly quiet and you have a great view. We particularly enjoyed the hiking opportunities. (For this, we also accepted a journey by car to climb Monte Cusna or Monte Cisa etc. A corresponding app is helpful.) The area offers a lot for all hiking desires and degrees of incline, usually we met only max. 5 people a day; the Italian inhabitants are very friendly! On the mountain bike tours we often ended up in blackberry thorns etc. ; more for the very experienced. We absolutely enjoyed the 14 days!

Everything went perfect at our place. The house is very comfortable and cozy and the place is very quiet, perfect to relax. Valentina and Tiziana have been incredible hosts, giving us all the information we needed and even recommending places to visit and booking in local Restaurants. We highly recommend this place. We have traveled for work and will certainly return. Thank you Tiziana and Valentina.

Unparalleled view of the Bolognese hills a few kilometers from Bologna. We had a great time, great relaxation, we will surely come back and I recommend it to all those who want to get away from the daily routine. Great for families with kids, too.

This is a wonderful family home to stay in full of personal touches which make it so special. As well as lots of bedrooms and bathrooms there is so much space downstairs and outside. The caretakers were lovely and really helpful and the host (Sara) was efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with. The pool is more than big enough as well as lots of garden space and there is so much to do in the area and only 25 minutes to Bologna airport. We would certainly consider booking again.

Simone's place was SPOTLESS, I've never seen such a clean airbnb! It's very well equipped, everything you can think of is in the house! the bedding is super comfortable. The hot tub and saunas are at the top. we had a lovely time! we warmly recommend this house which is between 1h and 1h30 from all the cities of interest: Bologna, Modena, Ravenna, Florence. Great!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

It was great to stay at this property we were pretty surprised by everything. It was amazing and will come back and highly recommend if you need city break.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.
