Cozy apartment in a rural setting

Bright and cozy apartment in rural and scenic surroundings on the peninsula Røyse, with a lovely view of Tyrifjorden. The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

The apartment, 90 sqm, is located in the side building of the main house, a Swiss servilla from about 1900. Own entrance. 1st floor: entrance, space for outerwear and shoes. Newer practical apartment in rural surroundings. Located 5 minutes away from the University of Southeastern Norway and Ringerike Hospital. Short distance to Hønefoss city center and nature easily accessible. Bus to Oslo is available a short walk away from the apartment. Large balcony(26 m2) with seating area, view and evening sun. The apartment is 56 m2 in size and has 1 bedroom(2 pers). It may be possible to make the sofa for a third person. Kitchen equipped with everything one might need.

The apartment is sized for 2 persons but extra rooms can be offered at extra cost and on demand. Free parking in the yard. The apartment is in 2.floor, with common entrance. The landlord lives on the 1st floor, and a permanent tenant on the 3rd floor. Quiet at 11 pm. The landlord provides bed linen and towels.

From this residence in a perfect location, you have easy access to everything. Located right by Tyrifjorden and Liengstranden. With only 100 meters to Tyrifjordhotell, with a lovely restaurant with both ala carte and buffet. 20 minutes' walk to the center of Vikersund. 800 meters to the shuttle bus to the ski flying slope and Raw air. Homeowner has dogs playing in the garden. It is therefore important that the tenant likes dogs.
