The sole residence is located 14 min by car from Bardufoss airport, walking distance to convenience store at Olsborg, national horse center, pump track and neighbor to Høgtun Kulturlynge. Just below the house is the rooftop waterfall, a bathing charcoal and a barbecue cabin. The area has several hiking and ski trails as well as Målselv Fjellandsby about 9 km away. The house consists of bedroom with 3 beds (family bed), bedroom with double sofa bed (1.40m wide), single bed in living room (v/need), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, large hallway and loft living room.
