Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mohawk River

Helen was super helpful providing clear instructions for checking in and out & communicating fast and efficiently! The place was clean and peaceful to stay at. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We were glad we found this place for our stay in Saratoga Springs. Recently remodeled, it was nice to be in a restored older home with fully functioning and well supplied kitchen, and a clean and clutter-free space.

Always love when we can stay with Jill when we visit friends and family in Schoharie! Will always book this when we need to stay in the area.

This is probably my favorite air bnb I’ve stayed in! It is super duper clean, big, and I’m pretty positive Jenny remember everything you would need when you’re there. It’s a dream old house that was renovated beautifully. Jenny is the nicest most helpful host I’ve ever had contact with. I would recommend this house and encourage you to rent it! I loved walking to Main Street too! Perfect location and an easy drive to All Star Village. The porch is darling too.

The communication with Gerald was great. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and met us for check-in. The home is very nice and clean, in a quiet residential area. We were a party of 5 and were comfortable staying there.

A beautiful spot! We enjoyed overlooking the water at sunrise and sunset. Lucy is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome.

Location, location, location! This is a quiet abode in walking distance to the horse track and downtown Saratoga Springs. The home owners were extremely accommodating, going so far as to overnight a coffee press that we mistakenly broke! How kind! The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home! We would love to visit again.

10/10! Juliann's space was the perfect spot for a quiet relaxing time. The space was so clean and welcoming. Juliann was there to help if any questions came up. I would definitely stay here again :)

My husband and I stayed here so we could attend Farm Aid up the road in Saratoga. Corina’s adorable apartment was clean, easy to find, and surrounded by so many shops, restaurants, and bars. So much value for a great price. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks a bunch Corina!

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable

Was great to stay at Dillon’s place while my husband and I were in town for a concert at MVP arena- super easy walk! As others have mentioned heard neighbors/dogs a little bit, but didn’t bother us too much! Just a couple minor cleanliness things (hair on pillow/shower), but would recommend for anyone needing a quick stay over in downtown Albany!

Place was perfect for our employees! Location was great. Host was very easy to communicate with!

Nice rooms, very clean, Zohar was very quick to respond to messages!

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

Catalpa House is exactly what you want in a small town retreat; comfortable bedding, well chosen amenities, superb breakfast, accommodating but not intrusive hosts, lovely common areas with local literature and current periodicals. It doesn't get better.

This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

This is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in. Charles has a designer's eye, and the general atmosphere of the bed and breakfast is luxurious. We slept so well and appreciated that pastries and yogurt were always available in the mornings for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, especially since it's so close to Troy and Albany.

When we arrived, Chris was there to greet us to give us a quick tour and the keys to our room. He also gave us great tips on some new places to check out since we've last visited Oneonta. The room was comfortable and the common area is very warm and welcoming, all as expected. I highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast that is offered, they do a wonderful job! My wife and I chose the stuffed french toast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We plan on staying here for future reunions.

The house was lovely and John was very responsive to my texts. When we arrived, the caretaker, Raphael, was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, and he was kind enough to bring us water and coffee while we sat in the parlor. The tub in the grey room was amazing an the walk around the property was nice also. 10/10 will recommend!

Field was an absolutely wonderful host! His instructions prior to arrival were very helpful, especially as we were navigating during a weekend with particularly poor weather. Field’s home is immaculate, filled with storied antiques and charming paintings and lived history - living and breathing! Field was so friendly and accommodating, with many excellent recommendations for activities of all kinds. We had a few lovely engaging chats about life and art and love, and it was wonderful to connect! He was a highlight in a weekend already chock-full of highs! Thank you, again, Field! From the fresh flowers in our cabin, to the continental breakfast and snacks, to the basket of goodies in the bathhouse, to the firewood for the bonfire with makings for s’mores- you truly thought of everything and more!! Thank you so much for having us and making us feel at home!! Your property is magic & you guys make it that much more special! Anyone lucky enough to stay here will feel the same way!! 12/10 recommend!!

I was traveling alone this time and felt so safe staying here. The breakfast is out of this world (can you say amazing?!) and the place is spotless. Maria Eliza-thank you for everything!
