The kitchen includes crockery, a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, and overlooks the inner courtyard. The main bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower. On the upper level, there is an additional bathroom with toilet and a large double washbasin. For maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, individually adjustable room temperatures, free Wi-Fi and a large TV. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed. Outside, guests have access to the inner courtyard, a large terrace, a table tennis table and a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

The countryside-modern furnished holiday apartment 2 is located in the old mill building of the partially listed Erlebnis Hof Pleißental and offers a quiet location with a view into the courtyard. On two floors, up to 8 people can be accommodated: one double room, three twin rooms, a living area with kitchen, as well as two bathrooms with shower, one additionally with bathtub. A highlight for children is the play cave in the former grain silo. Wi-Fi, TV, books, and games are available.
