Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Mariestad

family friendly semi-detached house about 1.5 km from the center of Mariestad. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms . 1 double bed and 3 x 90 beds are distributed in the bedrooms . Downstairs there is another bedroom with 1st 90 bed . So, in total, there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Outdoors, there is a barbecue, hot tub, trampoline, and lovely outdoor furniture when it's in season. If you have any questions or special requests, please let us know, and we will try to find the best solution for your guests. We aim to be as flexible as possible.

Sjöhagens Glamping at Gränna!

Welcome to the tranquility of Sjöhagens Glamping, right beside the crystal-clear waters of Lake Vättern! From Gränna you go 10 minutes north along the tourist road with miles of views of Lake Vättern, where you will find Sjöhagen and nature that almost resembles a rainforest without being far from civilization. A few meters down from the glamping tent there is Vättern that is illuminated by the sun in its special way. As early as the 19th century, author Mark Twain drew attention to the sunsets over Lake Vättern in his novel A Tramp Abroad.

Welcome to our beautiful house on the headland, with Lake Vättern as your closest neighbor. This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with furniture and amenities of the highest quality. June - August is weekly rental.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Cabin on a farm near Göta Kanal

Cottage next to our farmhouse on the farm with cowshed around the corner for rent. 600 meters from Göta Canal and Hajstorp locks. You will live in an old grain warehouse that has just been converted into a comfortable small accommodation for four people. One more person can fit if two people share a 120 cm bed or if you make the sofa bed. Horses and cows are nearby, so there are also flies. Sometimes you can hear tractors and there is a smell of manure during spring and autumn farming 😃.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is connected to our small farm. The cottage is located in a village with proximity to hiking and biking trails, golf courses and Skara summerland. We recommend a visit to Karlsfors Farm with its interior design shop, art exhibition and café at the monastery with bakery, as well as Silverfallet with its varied and lovely nature. All bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.

Sjönära stuga i Brommösund 25 minuter utanför Mariestad med närhet till Vänern på ön Torsö med bad, sjöutsikt, tystnad, vandring & båtutflykter. Mysig stuga med delvis sjöutsikt och en vacker vy över omgivande natur och ängar, 6 bäddar i två stugor, stor altan, grill, vedspis och 150 meter till badstrand. Möjlighet att hyra en mindre båt finns. Nära vandringsleder, restaurang, naturreservat och djurliv. Sängkläder, handdukar och parkering ingår.

Uggletorp's guest house by the forest

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.

Enjoy the sounds of nature while staying at this unique place. Located completely secluded with its own bathing jetty. In the river Tidan. Wood-fired hot tub with river water. Rowboat with electric motor, crayfish fishing. Tidan's Å water has a brown color from the forest and soil, wonderful to swim in. In the house there is a drilled well with drinking water. Save on the water in the house as the water level can be low some years.
