Nick & I absolutely loved our stay at Dave’s Milk Barn. It was charming, adorable, cozy, and gave us exactly what we needed for a respite from the city. Rio & Toby were incredibly flexible, kind, accommodating and helpful. Beautiful surroundings, adorable quaint rustic accommodation. We couldn’t give this place enough positive marks! Will definitely be coming back.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for Thanksgiving in Accord with family. Although attached to Jolle's house, it was entirely private with its own entrance and parking area. The cottage is pristine, very nicely put together and so very comfortable. Underfloor heating made it even cosier on a very wintery snowy Thanksgiving Day! Jolle's very welcoming gift of local chocolates, a bottle of wine and coffee in the freezer made us feel welcome. All the local recommendations were helpful and we all decided that this was the place to come back to next time we return to Accord! Highly recommended.

My girlfriend Lauren and I decided to spend a few days upstate for our shared birthday. We really enjoyed this air bnb home. The property is pretty large and secluded. We enjoyed making breakfast in the mornings and dinners some nights as well. Even better was that our Doberman dog was allowed to come with us, which was a first for us and very memorable. We enjoyed many hikes nearby and some good restaurants as well. The only small critique, like a few others have mentioned is the bed is a bit firm...but that didn't change our positive experience at all! Thank you for being a great host!
