Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

House Veronika by the pond

THE WHOLE HOUSE FOR YOU with two apartments and a swimming pool! Come and relax in the hot tub at the Veronika house! From the balcony, outdoor terrace or hot tub you can watch the surface of the pond with all its animal inhabitants with a glass in your hand... If you are lucky, a kingfisher will fly in front of you and greet you with its typical greeting :-) You can spend evenings romantically by the fireplace, or outside at a barbecue with friends or family... In the heat, the recessed heated pool will cool you down, where you can swim comfortably in summer and in the evening :-)

Masaryk Apartment

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

This stylish apartment on the 1st floor of the building offers comfort and a cozy atmosphere for couples, individuals and small groups. It has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a pleasant conservatory with seating, ideal for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Villa Apartments 1932 is located within walking distance of the historical center of Český Krumlov. Guests have free private parking on the property behind the barrier.

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre.
