At your disposal, all the equipment you need for a good holiday : living/dining room with TV, 4-burner electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Sofa bed in the living room and separate bedroom with bed 140. 5 minutes (on foot) from the first restaurants and especially 2 accesses to the beaches, central or that of the oaks !
