You are welcome to stay in this historic building, which was built in 1912 as an office for the cornerstone company Blombacka Bruk, where iron binding wire was manufactured in the past. Now the building has been converted into an artist's residence where I make sculptures on the 1st floor, and I rent out the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is about 100 m2. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has high ceilings and large, airy rooms. The neighborhood is peaceful, and nature is just outside the door. I have three lovely goats here that can be petted and cuddled.

Love life at Sjölyckan

Relax in this popular and unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. This is the place for those who like nature and the direct proximity to the lake's possibilities with everything from swimming to fishing. A unique accommodation, for 1-4 people, worth visiting during all seasons. During the cold season, there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, jig fishing and ice skating.

Summer accommodation on a farm with 100 meters to swimming and boat.

Apartment on two floors in a rural setting. It is 100 meters to the beach with a swimming area and rowboat. Life jacket and fishing rod are available. The outdoor toilet is shared with other guests. NOTE! No bathroom but close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cold water in the tap. Blankets and pillows are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 75/bed. The double bed is 140 cm wide, the other beds between 90-120 cm wide.

The nearest town, Molkom, is 10 minutes away by car. * In the beautiful surroundings, there is a lot to discover. Nature reserve, wonderful forests with nice hiking trails. Lakes with good fishing opportunities all year round. From the house it is 350 meters down to Lake Västra Örten with a nice beach.

And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

The open floor plan inside as well as the enclosed terrace and patio provide good opportunities for socializing.
