The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

We offer a 38 square meter apartment in Sohnstedt. Sohnstedt is idyllically located between Erfurt and Weimar. In this there are two pull-out single beds. So, 2 adults and 2 children have plenty of space. There is also a kitchenette and a living area with large sofa and TV. The bathroom has a shower. The terrace invites you to relax in the evening. A parking space is of course also available for our guests. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

In-law apartment directly in Weimar

The historic center, the Radilmweg and a wooded area as a local recreation area are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is conveniently set up. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the accommodation costs.

Our apartment is located in a rural area, between the state capital of Erfurt and the cultural city of Weimar. The two cities can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. In Sohnstedt directly there is a very nice sauna area (Pelto-Bad), which invites you to relax. The area around the Hohenfelden reservoir with its numerous recreational opportunities is about 12 km away.
