We felt very comfortable in the house. It is super cute and perfect for an extended weekend. With seven people we had enough space and found everything we needed in the house in the 4 days.

We had a wonderful, quiet time. The house is very homely and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There's nothing missing. The view is magnificent and in the evening at sunset you have the small beach nearby really to yourself.

Beautifully quiet and idyllically located house and as described - the sea is within walking distance and the garden is huge. An ideal place for quiet days, especially for families. We stayed here with a 5 year old and would be happy to come back.

A great place to stay that fits the description. The grounds include four cottages that are arranged around the pool. During our stay, we were the only guests on site for much of the time and had the complex to ourselves, which should be exceptional. Except for a double bed on the ground floor in a separate room, the beds on the upper floor (1x double, 2x single) as well as, if necessary, the sofa bed are arranged in the more or a few open space. A common night's sleep of all visitors is therefore recommended, otherwise, for example, late kitchen table conversations entertain everyone. The pool, sauna, beach volleyball field and a large lawn offer employment for all ages. Host Andrzej is responsive and responsive to messages. He lives in the same village and is available to help and answer any questions. However, you should be able to speak Polish or English for this.

We were here for the 2nd time and it was all great again!

We were in the property for my mother's 60th birthday with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children, a baby and 2 dogs) and rented all four apartments. All apartments are incredibly lovingly and nicely decorated, we all felt very comfortable. The apartments are clean and really everything you need was available. Michaela was always easily accessible and friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed with Tom for the weekend with the whole family and had a great time. It is fantastically beautifully decorated and everyone had fun. The beautiful large garden with trampoline and fireplace has delighted everyone. For some, the beds could be a bit hard. We were even provided with firewood and you could buy homemade honey for a fair price. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards, Rike

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

Thank you for the stay, we felt very comfortable right away, as everything worked out for us. For 2 people a beautiful , bright and well laid out apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea. Shopping and restaurants nearby. On warmer days, it is also very good to sit on the generously sized balcony. The elevator in the house was very helpful for our luggage. A little adventure is parking in the garage, but everything worked out, just like that :-) and with some practice that was no problem. We stayed for a week, communication was super friendly and always helpful. The apartment was totally clean and perfectly furnished for vacation. Great for families as there was also a washing machine with dryer available. The garden with barbecue was super well maintained and perfect for dinner outside. A little clairvoyant from the tenants above but that doesn't bother you. In the entrance area, we were even able to find a lot of information for things to do and you can see in and around the house that it is furnished and managed with love. We'd love to come back!

Great, modern apartment just off the promenade. Everything was as described. There was no additional cost for parking, pet, internet or the like. We are completely satisfied and would keep coming back. We recommend this apartment!

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, there is everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps excellently, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but easily accessible if needed. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

There were two of us there for a week over New Year's. The apartment is great, the whole house is very new, underfloor heating, large bathroom and large bathtub make it cozy even in winter. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the apartment offers plenty of space for two, we did not use the second bedroom under the roof. The apartment was perfectly clean. For us, it was the ideal apartment for this vacation. Usedom is also worth a trip at this time of year to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back.

We wanted peace and quiet over New Year's Eve, and we got it. The contact was extremely friendly. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. The location is sensational if you are a friend of nature and silence. Absolute recommendation.

The apartment is located in the SunTower in the middle of a heavily inhabited residential area. There are many skyscrapers there. The SunTower is secured day and night by a guardian. A car parking space is not part of it, but you will find free parking near the SunTower. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the promenade. The apartment is super furnished and very clean Located on the 5th floor - the elevator takes you up quickly. The kitchen is great, but for 5 people, the cutlery is used up after a meal. Otherwise, a clear recommendation for the apartment.

A great place to stay, even in bad weather. Especially the immediate proximity to the water is excellent. Requests were responded to quickly. overall a nice place to stay and location that invites you to visit again!

The stay at this cottage was absolutely outstanding! In fact, it looks even better than in the photos – spacious, well-maintained, and well-decorated with great taste. The kitchen is very well equipped and extremely comfortable – it was a pure pleasure to cook here. The dining room has a beautiful view that made every meal a unique atmosphere. The area around the cottage is perfect for rest and recreation – the kids had plenty of room to play, and we had badminton. Nearby is the charming town of Gaschprode, as well as the ferry to Hiddensee Island – great options for short trips. This place is an oasis of peace. We rested here wonderfully and with a clear conscience we can recommend this place to anyone – especially for families with children.

We had a very relaxing week in the apartment. The decor is tasteful, everything was very clean - we felt really comfortable.

Beautiful, brightly furnished apartment, very suitable for a family with 2 children. The location is great if you have some peace and not want to stay right on the promenade. Everything important can be reached on foot.

There were three of us ( 1 awakening- 2 children) in the really nice and cozy apartment of Nina and Maik. It is lovingly decorated, everything is available and the bed is super comfortable!! Three people slept well there. Everything is within walking distance and we will definitely be back. It's worth it =)
