We stayed as a family so the accommodation was perfect as we all had our own space. Kitchen and shared areas were big enough to have some great relaxing meals together and all the equipment you could wish for! Fabulous outside area. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay at Francis's place: the apartment is well appointed, very peaceful and parking is available on site. I would like to come back in the summer with my daughters.

Very nice apartment, impeccable , recently renovated, totally as described and photos. Bus line 1 from Sncf station drop you off 4/5 minutes walk from this accommodation so very convenient.

Very quiet accommodation as the neighborhood the center as producers is less than two kilometers away I recommend for a stay where you want to rest and La Rochelle is 15 minutes by car

We just spent 2 nights with 3 people in this apartment and loved our stay. This minimalist space had everything you need to make sure it went smoothly. Jean-François and Florence are very responsive and caring hosts and have very good recommendations. Clean accommodation and very well located. Only problem: the outdoor heated pool only opens from May and not at the end of April as written in the description. We recommend the eyes closed!

Very well arranged apartment, everything is there. Private parking is a big plus. The space was very clean. We had a great time, we will not hesitate to come back to try the pool in good weather.
