Coming for a wedding, we spent little time in the house (2 nights), however we could see that it is comfortable (including bedding), impeccably clean and well equipped. The three bathrooms are a real plus as well as the garden and veranda. Sarah is a very friendly and responsive host. Our short stay was very nice.

We come for the 2nd time, always impeccable accommodation, small touches, good communication, ideal for a small family, perfect accommodation for several days of vacation, 20 km from Puy du Fou, peaceful, quiet, you can sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise or mosquitoes. If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

Impeccable accommodation 20 minutes from Puy du Fou. Everything is as described, clean and convenient. The balneo bath is more than welcome after a big day in Puy du Fou. Quietly located, this small house is 15 minutes from the city center on foot. It was perfect for us with the small private garden.

Short but excellent stay at Josette and Christian's. Ideally located 5 minutes by car from Parc du Puy du Fou and 200 m from an Intermarché. The place matches the photos. Everything is made to feel good there. Great welcome

clean place, well decorated. all the necessities available, cellophane, cotton swab, laundry detergent, tea, coffee, it's nice to have everything available for a stay course because we will not arm our suitcase and we are not going to do a big race. the only thing that bothered me was the front door which is not at all secure because it has a null lock and which has a hole clogged with scotch so between insecurity and soundproofing the front door would really deserve to be changed.

I go down to Ismael often, and it's always perfect. Go there without so much as a second thought!!!

I am delighted with my stay, I was able to receive the keys directly by hand, which allowed me to communicate with the host and get all the details! Sarah was very kind and accommodating! As for the accommodation, I have nothing to say, it is well-appointed, functional, comfortable, warm… and the terrace is a real plus when there is sun! In addition, it is ideally located in Niort. I recommend it.

We were hosted very well upon arrival by Patrick's wife. She gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the good homemade jams, a treat. This cottage is ideal for visiting Puy Du Fou.

Superb apartment, in a quiet residence, and close to the city center. Perfect Self check-in at 1am without any problems , the instructions were clear and accurate . The plus , a large individual garage.

We had a great time! As soon as we arrived, Freddy was kind enough to let us drop off our belongings in the morning, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and comfortable, with very nice little extras: lighting with remote control, automatic gates, quality sheets and towels... Ideally located only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it's perfect for enjoying beautiful days while having a quiet accommodation. For the price, it's really a great opportunity. Freddy is a very responsive, attentive and friendly host. We'll be happy to go back!
