Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Vous séjournerez dans un gîte 3 *** charmant et spacieux, dans un cadre de verdure en plein coeur de Pouzauges. Petite cité de caractère de 5500 habitants, labellisée Station Verte, située au coeur du Bocage Vendéen, à 15 min du Puy du Fou, 1 h des Sables 1 h du Marais Poitevin. Gîte de 66 m2 tout confort, récemment rénové dans un jardin clos et arboré de 1500 m2 Salon équipé d'un canapé convertible 140 Cuisine équipée Chambre lit 160 Salle de douche wc séparé Véranda Terrasse abritée

Loft cosy en ville

Dans un écrin de verdure nous proposons un loft calme, chaleureux, autonome, à quelques pas du centre-ville, à proximité immédiate des commerces et 20' à pied de la gare SNCF. Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).

River View Cottage

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

Le Lavoir @ La Charpenterie

New to the market for 2024, an historic, refurbished self-catering gîte for two in rural France, with the original laundry features intact. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and a private patio. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. If you need anything, just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Le Petit Bambou

Au cœur du bocage bressuirais, ce gîte spacieux est le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer. Le Petit Bambou à Noirterre est idéalement situé pour visiter la région : La coulée verte (10 min), golf (10 min), le Puy du Fou (45 min), le Futuroscope (1h), le parc oriental de Maulévrier (30 min), Pescalis (30 min), le parc de vallée à Val en vignes, la plage des Sables d'Olonne (1h30)

Notre logement se situe à 1H30 du Futuroscope, 1H 15 de La Rochelle et des plages, et 20 min du Marais Poitevin. Un lieu de halte idéal pour sillonner la région !

Détendez-vous dans une suite cocooning, idéal pour un couple. A votre disposition une espace détente privatif de 80m2, disposant d'un spa nage et Jacuzzi en intérieur. Un petit déjeuner sucré, salé vous sera servi par votre hôte. Profitez également de l'espace détente extérieur sans vis à vis, uniquement que pour vous.
