The apartment offers, among other things, a coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine, dishwasher and a piano. I offer a cozy double bed (140 × 200 cm) and, if necessary, an additional (double) sofa bed.

Originally a small hat factory was based here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.
