Victor has been the perfect host throughout the whole experience: before, during and after my stay. So helpful and discreet at the same time. I loved the personal touches of fresh fruit upon arrival, and even some fresh figs from the garden during my stay. It makes it so personal and thoughtful. The little cottage is perfect in size and equipment, and so well located, just a short stretch of the legs to the amazing beach and lake. It is unbelievably quiet at night, all you hear is the ocean - and the occasional cheeky possum on the roof, but it does not last. Wildlife abounds all around the place. I did not get in my car once in 4 days there - I had plenty of food supplies- and explored the surrounding area or just swam at the beach. It is so raw, so beautiful, so wild… the best place to disconnect from busy life, reconnect with yourself and recharge your batteries. It will stay with me for a long time 🌞

We enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway in the charming town of Braidwood. The studio accommodation was impeccably clean with abundant natural light flooding through the windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn't be more convenient for those wishing to explore the main street, just a short and pleasant stroll away. John and Sunita were exceptional hosts—attentive, responsive to all our questions, and generous with local recommendations. This stay is perfect for anyone looking to "switch off" from the digital world, as there's no TV but plenty of books to enjoy instead. We specifically chose this accommodation for its lack of screen-time distractions, as our main purpose was to explore Braidwood and discover other charming small towns throughout NSW. firstly can I start with Amazing on how beautiful the place actually was in real life! Everything was so beautiful and in autumn it really bloomed so amazingly. Everything you can possible need was on the property and in the house. The only thing we were un happy with was the fact that we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything. Honestly if you're going try and aim for 3 days to enjoy this beautiful place for all its charm. Go with a group it won't disappoint at all. I can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much Tim and thank you for helping us out when we got stranded with a flatt battery. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had on Air bnb and hopefully get to see your place soon again!
