Parking is right in front of the house. This is a place of rest.

The fenced garden and the approx. 40 sqm living area are perfect for individual people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. In the evening, grill on the stone barbecue and dine together on the large half-roofed terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing, and a sandbox for the youngest.
