We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

Radtouren entlang der Ostsee, Kitesurfen im flachen Wasser oder Wanderungen durch den Buchenwald, hier gibt es viel zu entdecken.

On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000 sqm plot, where you can park your cars.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
