Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Nice place for nature and simplicity lovers. The cottage is located in our garden and to access it, you have to take the paved path. Composed of two rooms, in the first is the living room equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa area and TV. Then, in the second, there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with a shower room right next door. (Non-smoking accommodation)

Small nest

The accommodation we offer is quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is composed of a large living room of 40 m2 and a large bedroom of 20 m2 including the shower. A second bed is in the very nice and cozy mezzanine. Everything necessary is provided to facilitate your installation: (sheets, towels, shower gel, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...) Please note that we accept two-night stays but linens and towels will not be provided.

Located in the heart of Bassée-Montois, you will be hosted by Stéphanie and Jean-Michel, owners of the premises, in this independent cottage of 110 m². Accommodation ideally located to reach the medieval city of Provins (15 min away) UNESCO World Heritage, the Château de Fontainebleau (40 min away) Quiet, you can also rest, enjoy a beautiful terrace, swimming pool (not private/shared with the owners family) and pétanque court.

It is a central point between the cities of Fontainebleau, Melun, Provins and Sens. Paris is accessible by train in less than an hour. When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed).
