The house was built over 100 years ago and completely renovated and modernized in 2020. It is located in the quiet Eifel village of Höfen, the gateway to the Eifel National Park. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Our house is located directly on the famous Eifelsteig and invites you to beautiful hikes or bike rides. The historic old town of Monschau is 5 minutes by car and Lake Rursee is about 25 km away. Due to the proximity to the border triangle, there are numerous excursion possibilities!

To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
