Monthly Rentals in Monserrate

Juan Alberto was a great host. My stay with my aunt, mom and dog went really well even though we were there during an island wide power outage. The back up generator Juan used had failed but he was proactive in getting it fixed and came by morning and night to ensure it was refueled so we could have electricity for the few days the outage continued. thankfully our food did not spoil. Juan was responsive and attentive and plenty kind during our stay. We would definitely stay again when we visit next.

This place was very clean and better than expected. Plenty of space for our car rental in a under cover car port. No major call outs. The kitchen was useful to make breakfast, it had top stove, a toaster oven and microwave no oven. The yard was maintained clean. Host responded to any questions we had in a timely manner.

The property was beautiful it was just the peace my family and I needed. We loved all the animals wild cats, dogs and horses in the area and they were all very friendly. The host was very responsive and would remind us to close the gate if we forgot. She was very attentive and went out of her way to meet our needs!

We stayed at Carmen’s place in order to be close to other family that lived nearby. Everything was as advertised and served our purposes. The mall and supermarket are close enough to walk to on a nice day and there are plenty of food options nearby. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. They were super responsive and accommodating to my questions. Would consider staying there again when visiting Vega Alta.
