A little cottage on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 6 minutes walk from the beach and Gurney's Beach Resort, and 5 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, outfitted with a queen bed, table & chairs, a large deck w/ outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. No A/C, but there is a good cross breeze. The cottage comes with WiFi. Complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car.

We adored spending quiet time on the outdoor deck in the comfortable lounger and Adirondack chairs surrounded by oak, pine and spruce trees, and luxuriating in the beautiful outdoor shower. Jason was incredibly helpful and responsive and clearly has put so much attention and artistry into this place. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. Plus it's very well located for walking access to the beach and a short drive to town and all other nearby attractions. A joy.”
Cozy 1950's beach bungalow. Newly renovated, sunlit 2 bed 1 bath house. The perfect spot for a Montuak Summer get away. The house has A/C, reverse osmosis filtration, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The house sits on a fenced in half acre of property with a 400 sq ft deck with newly planted privacy landscaping. The back yard is equipped with a grill, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. Walking steps from the dock area and a few minute drive to all the local beaches and downtown.

She had thought of everything, even leaving fresh-baked cookies and fresh flowers. The house was just as described, and we loved the wonderful high airy living room and the master bedroom deck which gets the sun in the morning and is a wonderful place to greet the day. It's a totally private location, screened by trees on all sides, you can't see the neighbors. And it's an easy walk to town or the beach. The hot tub was amazing :-) I loved how the house was very organized, I did laundry with ease, and all in all we were very comfortable there. We mainly cycled and hiked all around the area, we saw so many different birds and types of terrain. ”
