In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

Fabulous. We loved the place. It was very centrally located and had a lot of space for a family of six. They let us drop off our things when we showed up early as well. It had a lot of Italian charm and things to discover. Would very much recommend

Maria’s place perfect in every way. Amazing location yet completely quiet at nights. We had everything that we needed and were steps away from so many amazing areas. Maria’s restaurant recommendations were fantastic and we felt like locals 🙂 Also, the airport transfers and tours she set up were awesome. Everything was seamless.

My family of 5 spent three nights at Mica and Andrea's place. It was the perfect location to all the main attractions in Rome. We came earlier than the check in time and were allowed to leave our luggage while the staff prepared the apartment for our stay. There are plenty of windows and natural light so we felt it was very cozy. We were also given an extensive list of restaurants recommendations all of our questions were promptly responded to. This place really made our Rome stay so awesome. I highly recommend!

The apartment was big, beautiful and in good shape. The host was very responsive and they gave us clear instructions on the stay. It is very close to the metro station and it has stores nearby to buy goods. Great stay.

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Emanuela welcomed us in a very friendly, courteous and reliable way. The apartment is excellently connected to public transport and in the area there are plenty of bars and restaurants that differ very pleasantly in terms of price from the expensive eateries in the city center. The apartment itself is simple but has everything you need for a city vacation and is also very spacious. We felt very comfortable.

The stay at the apartment was lovely, the location was perfect not far from anything; the St Peter basilica, shops and restaurants were all very walkable. Giuseppe's met us to welcome us and he was a lovely and helpful man.

Close to metro station , supermarket , next to station , after a day and evening in Rome centre, it was good to have a drink in one of the many bars in Pigneto , I sure you will find your own favorite , we loved them all , xxx Loved our stay ,

The apartment's location is unparalleled, literally one block from the Colosseum and very close to all the other attractions. Pamino is very friendly and the access is very easy. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Paolo's for 4 days very spacious and comfortable apartment very close to the metro (20 m), Paolo was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Giuliana and Luigi were perfect hosts. Available and friendly. The location was perfect with nearby restaurants and transportation options. Several tourist sights were within walking distance.

Livia was responsive and gave us helpful instructions for when we arrived. Place is very nice and two decent size bathrooms. Kitchen is good for coffee and snacks but not to feed 9 people. Would recommend for groups of 4-6. Only 10 min walk to St Peter’s.

A family of 4 (9 and 11 year old boys) all loved this penthouse. The hot tub topped it off for them. The penthouse was a great size with two bathrooms and sufficient size bedrooms. It was well within walking distance to all the usual tourist sights and Stefano was a very responsive host. We all recommend this penthouse & would most definitely stay again.

Cosy apartment with real fire

A cute little place with a beautiful garden and great surroundings. It all worked out and Ale & Roberta gave us great tips for the area - authentic restaurants and young flair in the area. The family was on site and always helpful, yet very relaxed and undisturbed. Highly recommended, this small oasis away from the tourist address! Glad to come back.

Domus's place was immaculate, beautiful, and situated in a breathtaking location. The host was kind and helpful. It is a great place to book if you are interested in staying near Rome, but away from the crowds.

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.
