Little house at tilted ranch

Entire brand new home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, one sofa with queen pull out bed. The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away

This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

Our little piece of old historic Monte Vista sits almost in the center of town. Built in 1886, it has thick walls that surround you in hushed silence. Quaint, 2 bedrooms separated by a solid wood French barn door, 1-1/2 bathrooms, 1,000 sq ft. Full kitchen: glass top stove, microwave, large fridge under cabinet, dishwasher, and everything you need. Washer & Dryer in the laundry room, just off the kitchen. Private front door parking. Keypad entry on both front and back doors.

A slice of small town life

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

A cozy tiny little house that is located in the San Luis Valley. The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. Enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex settled right in the middle of the San Luis Valley about an hour from the Grand Sand Dunes National park, Blanca Peak, and right by the wildlife refuge, where the cranes stop by to rest. Enjoy our beautiful town. *Please note that this unit does not have central air conditioning. The valley is known to have fair weather year round and cool off really well in the evening. *
