Beach house vacation rentals in Montebello Ionico

We liked the location and spaciousness of the accomodation. The roof terrace with extra cooking facilities is a lovely extra space. It was well equipped with everything needed and Salvotore left us some extras such as prosecco, coffee which was appreciated. he also sent us a guide of the local area which we used and was very helpful. It is easy to get to Taormina from here and we also had a car and visited Etna alone with the use of his recommendations. We would stay again.

Christina is a fantastic host. She met us at the bus stop with a friend who spoke English even though we were a little later than our original time estimate. She walked us back to her place and explained all the features as well as a lot of the local things to do. Because she knew we were going to be a bit late getting there she also texted me lots of information about the place as well as interesting things to do. Very responsive to my messages as well. She also was there when we checked out and offered to go for a coffee but unfortunately we needed to catch our bus. Her place is right across the street from the beach either free or paid, a great location to take advantage of the beach weather. We would definitely recommend her place for anyone looking for accommodations on the beach and can’t wait to go back someday.

Gorgeous, gorgeous. Lovely sandy pubic beach out front, and a lovely space within. After traveling for many months, we were happy to have a good kitchen. Super quiet. A good value within the area (of wealthy resorts). The place smells very clean. Book it!

Upper apartment in wonderful 2-Whg.- House in a quiet location, very nice and forward-looking with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast on the balcony with great views of the nearby sea, sleeping with gentle sound of the sea, wonderful. Access to pools and sea via a small, beautiful garden. Host Daniele helpful, reliable, very friendly, his German is perfect, good tips. Location Giardini Naxos very lively, pre-season recommended. Guided tour to Etna is worth it, our guide Denny (Sicily-Adventure) extra class because he knew a lot and was funny. Also well organized. Tip: you can easily reach all destinations by bus (drivers are nerve-strong artists)!!! Castelmola a must. By the way, easy bus transfer from Catania airport. You can actually save yourself a rental car! Last but not least: Italians very friendly people! And they can drive very well, even if you hardly believe it as a German...

The apartment was perfect and it's right next to a beautiful beach. The terrace was great for breakfast in the sun. Theres a great little mini mart down the road that does amazing sandwiches. Incredible communication from Chiara at all times. Highly recommended

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Daniela's place was perfect for us! Carmelo welcomed us and showed us around the beautiful grounds and the sea access, which was our favorite part of the stay! You see all these boats (some big and fancy) pulling up to the area for snorkeling...and we had free access to it every single day of our stay - it was such a plus for us! The water is gorgeous! Daniela and Carmelo were great hosts - communication before, during, and after our stay was the best.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was beautiful and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. There is a steep hill up to the apartment so be prepared for that. Patrizia was incredibly friendly and attentive, always quick to respond and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great experience. We felt truly looked after. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. View of etna is lovely The balcony was particularly lovely to relax on and eat al fresco Well done Fabio

Antonino and Sabrina's house is a gem. Well located between Taormina, Catania and Etna, overlooking mountains and the sea it is an oasis of relaxation. The house is sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. It is very tastefully restored. Antonino is a fantastic, dedicated host. He was not only available on request with advice on excursion destinations and restaurants, but did everything he could to make our stay perfect all around. I had not indicated when booking that I was a wheelchair user, and right on the first morning there were two ramps ready for the small edges on the door and terrace - we were touched and impressed. Although we were still there before pool season, he had prepared the pool for us. Overall, a dream host! Relevant for guests with dogs: The property is not 100% fenced, there is a staircase down to Antonino's house. Everything else is closed and a dream for the dogs. Thanks!

The location was great and the communication with owners was really good. They were very kind to allow early check in and later check out. The house gives you a wonderful sense of Sicily. We loved it very much.

we loved our stay at Francesco's apartment. The area is just a short walk from the main street and very convenient for everything. Everything was modern and new. There was some building work going on but it didn't bother us as we were out.

A perfect base to explore all areas of Paris from. Would happily stay here for a longer trip as well. A wonderful apartment with a great vibe.

The host waited for us when we arrived to show us the rooms and explain about the accommodation. Everything was very clean and the room had a hammam shower, a TV and AC. Located right next to Porta messina in the Center of Taormina. Totally recommend for couples

Maria's place was a very good choice to stay in Reggio Calabria. Appatment was very clean and I can only recommend it.

We stayed in this apartment for more than two weeks in the spring. We were warmly welcomed and our questions about, for example, the garbage pick-up schedule and favorite restaurants were answered quickly and kindly. We enjoyed the beautiful and ever-changing view of the sea from the balcony. We were by car and that was useful. To Forza d'Agrò you can walk in about 10 minutes, but if you want to go to the village in the valley (Sant 'Alessio Siculo), then that is a walk of at least 45 minutes down the same road as where cars and buses also cross - that is not completely without danger. So this apartment is best suited if you can have a car. For the two of us, this apartment was a fantastic base to get to know the area, such as Forza d'Agrò, Taormina (including the ancient Greek theater), Syracuse and Mount Etna.
