Monthly Rentals in Monterappoli

We had the most fantastic stay in beautiful San Miniato. Walter and his Father were exceptional hosts. There was beyond generous provision in pantry, fridge and fruit bowl. Walter was very keen to offer to refresh bed linen and towels as often as required and was also very keen to remove recycling/ rubbish etc very quickly. Walter is so friendly and very kind even arriving on Easter Sunday with a beautiful traditional Easter cake. He is an exceptional host, thank you so much.

I was very pleased. Empoli is a very well located town to get to know Tuscany: half an hour by train from Firenze and Pisa and a little more, there are equally recommended cities such as Pisa or Lucca.

The landlord is friendly and always quick to respond..The house has a modern, elegant design with warm tones and large windows that let in natural light. The decor and furniture show the landlord’s attention to detail. The layout is spacious with good ventilation. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom has stable water pressure and hot water. Temperature control and soundproofing are excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant. The space is comfortable and well-thought-out. I love living here and would choose this place again. The house is very very clean this is that important thing. !!!And the welcome sign with my name was a thoughtful touch.🥰

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Stefania’s apartment. It’s bigger than it seems in the photos, very nice and clean. It has all the facilities, it is a silent area and 5 minutes by walk to the center of the city and railway station. Stefania is a very nice person and it was a pleasure to meet her. I really recommend it, it was the best rent I ever had in Castelfiorentino.
