Apartment with an unbeatable view of the east of the city, Punta Carretas, from the 20th floor. With two bedrooms, balcony, terrace, and large garage. Located meters from the Rambla, next to the Center and Historic District. The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. Central oceanfront w/very spacious view

Very spacious apartment facing the sea and central, on a high floor completely recycled with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, very bright to comfortably accommodate 3 people. Sea views from all bedrooms and downtown very clear by the height from the very sunny enclosed terrace. Bedroom with double bed with Air Conditioning and closet. Very spacious living and dining room and table with 6 chairs. Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, bar with high chairs and terrace with dishwasher.

Spacious and bright oceanfront apartment. Located in an excellent area of Palermo., quiet, with good mobility, close to Parque Rodo, Centro and CIudad VIeja located in front of the boulevard has beautiful ocean views, green spaces around it. The neighborhood is well equipped with services, supermarket, restaurants, hairdressers, laundry, change, etc. Palermo is a neighborhood with a strong culture of candombe, and drums on the weekend.

Beautiful and luminous apartment a few meters from the Golf, in a tourist area near to Punta Carretas Shopping and only three blocks away from the beach. The neighborhood has easy access to transport (buses, taxi cabs, uber), cinemas, theaters, restaurants, etc. The apartment has one bedroom in suite, living room with full kitchen and a nice terrace overlooking the street. The building has 24 hour doorman and security cameras.

Dream view

Apartment facing Río de la Plata in Ciudad Vieja. Located on the eighth floor with an incredible view. The building and apartment are new. Living room with an integrated kitchen and balcony. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds (bunk bed). Full bathroom. It has large windows, and is super bright. The building has a concierge service between 8 am and 10 pm.
