Studio apartment perfectly located in Punta Carretas, 200 meters from the Rambla. The apartment is on the ninth floor, is spacious and with lots of sunlight, where the golden hour makes the atmosphere shine. In addition, the height and double glazing of the windows makes the apartment quiet and peaceful. *Top amenities: the building has a swimming pool (only in summer), a coworking space, a basic gym, and a sauna. It is also the perfect place to go to read a book or just rest.

Impeccable and very comfortable loft with space for 4 guests. Super quiet and peaceful. A few meters from the sea, park, shopping centers, shops and restaurants. Very complete in terms of its equipment. It has no garage. You can park for free at the door or there is parking 100 meters away. It is in front of a beautiful park 100 meters from the sea. This small apartment is a modest and economical but comfortable option. Ideal for budget travelers. It is located in the Parque Rodó neighborhood, on a quiet and bright little street.
