Wonderful host and wonderful area. It's very close to the metro and we found the metro very easy to use. The food in this area is excellent and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Sophie's place was beautiful! We had a nice stay there, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen is very well-equipped and the neighborhood is very nice! Sophie let us check in early and let us leave later than scheduled. She was always available to respond quickly.

Chloe's place was in a great location for transport into Paris. We went by bus, train and tram on various days, depending where we were going in Paris. The place was just as described. The bed was so comfy and the place felt so organised. I wish I lived here! Very cute decor. Double secure entrance also, so felt really safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others :) Merci!!

i recommend the place, good location, quiet, close to Disney

The place is great, a nice location in a non-tourist area, with a patisserie two doors down and the metro a five minute walk away. As advertised, there are stairs up to the two bedroom floors. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a nice patio. The beds are firm foam and pretty comfortable. The only issue we had was the heat, it's difficult to understand and adjust, and the top floor tends to be warm while the main floor was stayed cool. Jean-Charles was very helpful with this and in general. Overall, highly recommended.

Nice and original location on the outskirts of Paris, close to metros and shops. Eric is super welcoming , the garden is a plus for kids and the house is peaceful. The crib was appreciated by our daughters .

We were 5 people and spent 8 fantastic days in Philippes lovely house. I was several times in Paris but this was by far the most unique, authentic and at the same time most plasent airbnb so far. Highlights are the living room and the roof terrace. Nice and quite enviroment with plenty of bars and restaurants. For runners is the near Parc de la Vilette a perfect option. Would love to visit Philipps Place again!

Guillaume's place, perfectly furnished and equipped, center of Paris is 30-40 minutes away, very kind and helpful host, recommended. We came with pets, but it wasn't a problem.
