The large bay window will allow you easy access to the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier city center is 8 km away. The tram to Occitanie station is 10 minutes by car, bus number 23 is in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.

It is isolated from the rest of the house with a separate entrance and a private terrace not overlooked.
