The apartment, air-conditioned, is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s mansion within a 7000 m2 wooded park. Absolute calm is guaranteed. The accommodation includes a bedroom of 25m2 , one of 12m2, a living room of 25m2 , a kitchen of 15m2 as well as a bathroom of 12m2. Access to the park and private heated pool is possible as well as outdoor amenities ( games , kitchen , barbecue , sunbeds ...). Bike rides are possible (see other information to note)

Douai: beautiful apartment facing the train station

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Enjoy the entire house, bright and comfortable with large windows overlooking the garden, and a glass walkway overlooking a mezzanine with foosball and darts for a lot of conviviality.

The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

Carrefour market is in front of the accommodation GAYANT EXPO is a 10-minute drive. Many restaurants are 10 minutes from the property.(LE BUREAU, PANDA WOK, VOLFONI, GUR KEBAB, MC DO, QUICK ETC.) A fry shop is next to the accommodation.
