A perfect stay, great neighborhood, nice, clean, & well-equipped apartment with secured indoor parking spot, less than 5 minutes walking from Saint-Ouen station and hypermarket. I like that the bathroom & toilet are in 2 separate spaces, very convenient as we're a group of 4 adults. Spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and a little balcony, 2 comfy bedrooms with access to a little garden. Okba was very friendly, met us with the keys at check-in and proactive when we needed to leave the car in the garage for 3 hrs after checking out. For the price we paid, 5 stars for this place are well deserved! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place within Paris. Close, but not on a main street and close to the metro. Marianne is very friendly and responsive which made finding the place and our stay easy and enjoyable. We were greeted at the door and had everything pointed out to us, along with all our questions being answered. I recommend the place due to it's location within Paris, price and especially the host.

Yedi kişi doğum günü kutlamam için Tarık’ın evini seçtik ve hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Hepimizin en iyi airbnb deneyimlerinden biriydi. Üç banyosu ve dört tuvaletinin olması çok büyük bir rahatlık sundu. Ön ve arka bahçesinde vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi ama yeşillikler sebebiyle sinek ve örümceklerle karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. 🙈 Metro durakları 7-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve 20 dakikada şehrin merkezinde olabiliyorsunuz. 8-10 kişilik gruplar için çok ideal, kesinlikle öneririm.

Ce logement très agréable se sent bien à l’intérieur, tout à proximité que ce soit électro ménager ou même pour la cuisine. Le confort il est là pour les sans permis, il y a les transports à proximité pour les supérette banque et autres. Tout est à proximité aussi très calme et appréciable

My mother and I had a fantastic stay at Sacha’s apartment in Paris! The location is excellent — just a short walk to public transport and major train stations, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Sacha was a super friendly and accommodating host with fantastic communication from start to finish. The apartment itself is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We truly felt at home - it was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our extended visit to Europe. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Le studio est idéalement situé, propre et très confortable. L’hôte est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et attentionné. Le quartier est vivant, plein de charme et très pratique : on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin — boulangeries, restaurants typiques, fast-foods, bars sympas dans les passages, et plusieurs stations de métro à proximité. Nous avons pu facilement visiter les monuments historiques à pied (environ 20 à 30 minutes de marche), et il y a aussi des supermarchés juste à côté. Le studio est parfait pour un séjour en couple, entre amis ou en famille. L’hôte avait pensé à tout : produits de base pour cuisiner, boissons, et même quelques bières pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue — une délicate attention ! Bref, un séjour magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Bon accueil, endroit calme. Boulangerie à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
