Great place within Paris. Close, but not on a main street and close to the metro. Marianne is very friendly and responsive which made finding the place and our stay easy and enjoyable. We were greeted at the door and had everything pointed out to us, along with all our questions being answered. I recommend the place due to it's location within Paris, price and especially the host.

We had a lovely time. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends.

Really beautiful and full of character apartment. Dimitri was very helpful and responded very quickly to every question, before and during the stay. The place is very specious and homey, perfect place for us, as a family of 4. The location was great. Quit and tranquil but 5 minute walk to the metro, grocery store right around the corner and many cafes, restaurants and all that you need. Do need to take in mind , luggage wise, that there’s no elevator (like most places in Paris…), but it’s only on the second floor so it’s tolerable. Also, the stairs inside the apartment are quite steep, so might be a challenge with toddlers. In the bottom line- a perfect base for a Parisian vacation!

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.

My mother and I had a fantastic stay at Sacha’s apartment in Paris! The location is excellent — just a short walk to public transport and major train stations, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Sacha was a super friendly and accommodating host with fantastic communication from start to finish. The apartment itself is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We truly felt at home - it was one of the nicest places we stayed in during our extended visit to Europe. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Theo was such a great host. I was able to stay in Paris for 8 days and it was my first time there. Theo was super nice, helpful, and spoke much better English than he would admit, haha. The space was clean and quiet. The courtyard was beautiful and with the windows open you could hear distant birds chirping and locals enjoying the outside dining areas - the perfect atmosphere for mid-day naps after long walks. There were so many options for bars and restaurants within a two block radius, and Théo made recommendations for cafes for coffee down the street. I also recommend the kebab place next door! All in all I would highly recommend this place to stay to visit Paris, and I look forward to coming back again soon.
