New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio furnished in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. The building is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the train station (Poitiers-Limoges line), the city of writing, a riverside guinguette and the historic city center. Montmorillon is a 15 min drive from Civaux and Lussac les châteaux, and 40 min from Poitiers and its Futuroscope.
