15 mn to Porte de Versailles exhibition center, beautiful and sunny apartment in a great location just between Alesia and Porte Orleans, 14 district, with elevator/lift. It is a NON SMOKING PLACE as I DO NOT SMOKE. This large renovated studio (40 Square Meters) comes with a spacious room, a nice and quiet balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and high speed wifi. There are one comfortable double bed (*190) Because it is in a big city, the dust is inevitable, sorry in advance

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Beautiful apartment, charming, comfortable and warm. It will be perfect for a couple or family stay. In a pleasant area you will be close to Place de la République (15 min), the Marais district with its many shops and its famous Place des Vosges (and art galleries), or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and Père Lachaise Cemetery. You can arrive so quickly in the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame Cathedral.
