It is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling dug into the hillside and inhabited for more than three centuries. Furnished keeping as much as possible the original materials, it is a cozy and warm nest with a nice well enclosed garden, close to amenities. Summer and winter the temperature is pleasant, with or without heating (very efficient) according to the needs of the weather.

It is located in the heart of the Loire castles (Château de Chenonceau, Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire, Amboise, Blois, Montpoupon...) and 23 km from Beauval Zoo. It is located in the village of Pontlevoy with bakery open from 6:30 am except Wednesdays and a Carrefour Contact ( 8am/8pm except Sunday 9am/1pm) nearby. It is a well-equipped cottage on the hosts' plot with a small private garden.
