Ideally located 20 minutes from Les Gets , Sommand, Praz de Lys ski resorts for summer skiing or hiking enthusiasts, but also 5 minutes from Marignier city center and all amenities( Bakery, super market...) We are also 40 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a hillside with a view of the Môle, Bargy. The bedroom consists of a shower room with personal WC and shower and a separate entrance.
