Enjoy our newly renovated home with your family and friends à POIL 30 min from le Creusot tgv train station, (1h15 from Paris Gare de Lyon ). It is unique to others homes as it was a local café/tabac prior to becoming a private home. We provide a fully equipped open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, large living area, 3 bathrooms. There is a large outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ. We also provide activities: a protected swimming pool, pingpong, trampoline, basketball, petanque, and our unique club de Poil.

Independent, in private property and family home (for 4 generations), exceptional calm. Accessible by a balcony, kitchen open to living and dining room (2 sofas including 1 click-clack for 2 people ). Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed) under attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Cottage on a peninsula

Small chalet located on a peninsula, intended for relaxation, swimming (direct access to the river ) and lazing on the large 70m2 terrace overlooking the goat meadow. The cottage is composed of a 30m2 living room, where the living room has a wood stove, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower and the toilet. A separate 20m2 bedroom enjoys direct river views. Great for couples with children and/or pets ( less comfortable for 4 adults )

The whole family will evolve at ease in the large living room (65m2) open to an equally large wooden terrace (stay paved).
