Villa vacation rentals in Monzuno

We had a lovely time at the Villa. The villa is very rustic and traditional. Paolo was very helpful and responsive. The villa had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and lots for the kids to do outside. Would consider coming back again.

Spędziliśmy w Willi Roda 14 dni. Willa przestronna - było wystarczająco miejsca dla 9 osób. Pokoje duże, toskańskie, z okiennicami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi z pięknym widokiem. Kuchnia i jadalnia dobrze wyposażone. Taras zewnętrzny jak na zdjęciach. Nad basenem dostępne leżaki (i łóżka do opalania oraz parasol). Miejsce do grilowania ze stołem, krzesłami i parasolem - z klimatycznymi lampkami :) Świetny gospodarz - zapewniający pomoc i jednocześnie prywatność. Polecamy!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

We loved our stay at Frederico’s. We spent lots of time in the pristine pool as it was a particularly hot time of year. Frederico was happy for us to walk around the beautiful grounds of Villa Grabau and also gave us a fascinating tour of the Villa. The Villa is situated in a stunning part of Tuscany and there are other Villas that tourists can visit in the surrounds. It’s a 10 minute drive to the walled city of Lucca. Our only comment would be that aircon in the home is upstairs only and the kitchen area which is downstairs, can get particularly hot, especially when doing any sort of cooking. wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

Wir waren 9 Personen, die das Haus bewohnten und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus war sehr sauber und besitzt eine gute Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der tolle Pool, in dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, 5Terre,…). Die Infrastruktur im Ort bietet alles was man benötigt und die Vermieterin war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!!!

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i Londa. Boendet har en fantastisk utsikt och ligger väldigt privat högt upp i Londa. Leonardo och hans fru är fantastiska värdar som välkomnade oss till boendet och gav oss en ordentlig tur av boendet innan de lämnade oss ensamma. Leonardo var även väldigt snabb med att assistera oss vid minsta problem och var alltid trevlig. Boendet har allt man kan önska sig och är väldigt rent och välskött. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera att man gör ett besök här. Det enda negativa med platsen är att trafikanter kör väldigt fort på den slingriga vägen påväg upp till boendet, så det säkraste är att ta bilen för att röra sig i området.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata nella casa, è dotata di tutti i comfort e gli spazi sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. La pulizia è eccellente. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!

L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Italy! The property was even more stunning in person—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. What really made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit, always available if we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Olga's villa was the perfect get away for my family. She was incredibly helpful and responsive with such great recommendations! we went to a few of the places she had recommended and they did not disappoint. we also became good friends with her sister's dog Thor who was an absolute sweet heart and great addition to our trip. would most definitely return dueinf warmer weather to use the pool!

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Abbiamo affittato la casa di Louise per il nostro soggiorno in Toscana e per il LuccaComics. La casa si presenta molto bene, immersa nella tranquillità e nel silenzio di una zona boschiva, presenta 4 camere che possono accomodare fino a 9 ospiti. 3 bagni in modo che tutti possano avere i servizi a disposizione e un ampio salotto e cucina fornitissima di tutti gli utensili necessari. Unico avviso é appunto la sua posizione che richiede una stradina sterrata per raggiungerla, che nel caso di forte mal tempo può diventare ostica se non attrezzati correttamente, ma non é stato il nostro caso. Il tempo é stato bello e ci siamo goduti tutto la la casa nel suo splendore. ps: la casa appunto é circondata da piante e alberi quindi aspettatevi qualche insetto qua e la ma nulla che non vi faccia godere il soggiorno

Lucetta is a beautiful house located on a hill with great views during day and night time. It is easy to reach Lucca and Pisa and has some nice local restaurants in the area. Franco is a friendly host with is always available for support.

Wij hebben een hele leuke week gehad met elkaar. Het huis is groot, schoon, er is aan alles gedacht en dichtbij de stad. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd ook goed schoongehouden. Het is wel een stukje van het huis, dus is het fijn dat je even drankjes oid meeneemt. Het is super dat er bij het zwembad een ijskast, wc en douche is. Er zijn genoeg bedjes bij het zwembad en er staan ook parasolletjes. Communicatie met de eigenaar was ook top. Telkens een snelle en heldere reactie

Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben und gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit Franco und seinem Vater verlief einwandfrei. Das Haus mag nicht leicht zu finden sein; wir wurden an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt, was Vieles erleichtert hat. Mit großen, sperrigen Autos war die Strecke nicht leicht zu fahren, aber machbar. Die Ausstattung war super, ein kleiner Backofen war vorhanden, er hätte ruhig etwas größer sein dürfen. In einem Bad stehen Dusche und Toilette sich gegenüber und nach der Dusche ist erstmal das halbe Bad sehr nass. Stellte für uns aber kein Problem dar. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind wunderbar! Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub bei Franco und finden, dass Preis - Leistung stimmten. Wir können Francos Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hoffentlich selbst nochmal die Möglichkeit, wieder zu kommen!

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

Prachtig gelegen, mooi ingericht vakantiehuis. Adembenemend uitzicht, ook vanuit het zwembad. Absolute privacy en rust. Doordat het huis hoger gelegen is, hebben wij het toch aangenaam gehad tijdens een hittegolf in Italië. Het huis is echt gezellig Ingericht. Je krijgt mooi, schoon opgemaakte bedden en mooie badlakens. Geen goedkope rommel zeg maar. Doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitaire voorzieningen heeft, is dit huis echt geschikt voor een grotere groep. Het servies is ruimschoots aanwezig, bovendien ook smaakvol. Kortom: deze mensen hebben echt hun best gedaan om je een aangename vakantiehuis te bieden. De werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's!

We stayed for a week with my parents and our kids. The size of the villa meant we had plenty of space but also the layout allowed us to have fabulous places to spend time together eating etc. the rooms were all large and had their own bathrooms. Beds super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the external bbq was great for the nights we ate in. The pool was glorious - good size and plenty of space and beds/seats around for everyone. But the best thing was the views - you could sit all day and take in the countryside and breathe in the fresh air. The location was great to visit the main cities and sites as well as explore smaller towns. And finally, our host, Tina. She was an absolute gem. So helpful and friendly, great recommendations for places to eat and visit. If there was a prize for best host she would be a well deserving winner.

Das Haus von Paolo ist sehr süß geschnitten und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Paolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und wir hatten ansonsten unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre obwohl weit zusammen auf dem wunderschönen Gelände wohnten.
