“This is a gem for women travelling alone especially as you can be out in the country in a peaceful place and have the safety of the owners on hand. Forres is only 2 miles away by car and Findhorn only a 15 minute drive at most. A stream runs down the pathway/drive to the farm and there was a carpet of snowdrops this time of year. The room is lovely with a beautiful sunrise outside each morning, chickens and birds bustling by the garden too. The shower room is sparkling clean and warm and lovely to use and the kitchenette was a surprise I didn't expect! You can make your own tea and coffee, there is a small fridge and a hotplate to warm food as well as a small convection oven. You can be completely self contained or you can partake of Pam and Nicks wonderful breakfast with fresh organic eggs, spelt toast , butter and Nick's wonderful home made jam! Pam greeted my arrival with warm homed made scones too which went down very well with the jam! Pam and Nick are the perfect hosts, welcoming, friendly yet give you your own space. I loved my time there and will stay again when I need to. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed three nights with Bill at 7 Malin Place and really enjoyed our stay. Bill is very friendly and quickly made us feel at home. We loved the house, it is really quirky and filled with some fantastic memorabilia and collections from Bill's travels. We had two bedrooms - a twin and a double. Both were imaculate and very comfortable. We loved the extra touches in the rooms, the extra power extensions and sockets made things so much easier. We had a bathroom to ourselves. There were numerous toiletries supplied and a great power shower and jacuzzi bath, We slept so well here and it was only the amazing full Scottish breakfasts that Bill made us each morning that got us out of bed in the morning. We loved the breakfasts and they were so big they kept us going all day. Loved the banter with Bill over breakfast, he really made us smile. What a funny guy and so knowledgeable about so many subjects including the area. Staying here would suit business or leisure travellers, we loved the house and host and will stay here again when next in the area. We would have not hestitation in recommending this airbnb to anyone.”

“We just stayed at Simone's place and had a lovely stay. A nice check where we were greeted and showed around the place and told about the location and where was suitable for our dog etc. The place is really nice and cozy with amazing views over the beach from the living room window, it is also ideally located for some of the bars/restaurants etc. Great enclosed back garden for the dog and Simone brought down a great breakfast platter in the morning, even catering for Gluten allergies. We have family stay in the area and would 100% stay here again.”
