Beyond expectations. The house is clean and comfortable and updated with thoughtful care. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We comfortably had Christmas dinner for 7 in the dining room. The two full baths are updated and clean. The pictures online understate the inside of the house. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups. The house is easily walkable to the Falls and nearby restaurants. There are nearby trails and a dog park within walking distance.

Finding reasonably priced accommodations near Chagrin Falls and in Geauga County served to be a challenge, when I went to visit family; I'm glad I ran across Bill's place! His hospitality is unmatched! Extremely kind, generous and very communicative. As shared in his listing, it is a shared house, and a few shared spaces such as the bathroom. Which might not work for everyone - but with its own separate entrance, it was very easy to come and go without any disruption.

Rachel's place was exactly as advertised. In a perfect location to explore the area. The space was spotless and furnishings were top notch. Would absolutely reccomend this place to family and friends
