great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

Super spot to stay in Rosebud. Beach foreshore, shops and restaurants are all within close walking distance and at your fingertips. The place is cosy and well appointed with modern kitchen and ensuites. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Jasmina is very responsive and accommodating to help at all times. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

A fabulous apartment, we had a lovely stay. Perfect location, across the road from Portsea Hotel and the beautiful beach. Balcony is divine and great for a BBQ. A huge bonus to be able to bring our furry friend who also had an amazing time!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, and they were super helpful with local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jeanette's place was beautifully. My friemds amd I stayed here the night before the mornington half marathon. The house was Clean well furnished with everything we needed and more. Location was fab nice and peaceful a great stay for a family.

Beautiful, spacious and comfy home in a fantastic location. The balconies and the gardens were perfect for enjoying the sunshine. A standout for us - the views of the sunset over the water.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Such a beautiful house & amazing location! The house had everything we needed & was nice & clean with great amenities. The views were just gorgeous as the house was located right on the beach. We had easy access to the beach from the back yard. We were away for a girls trip but would love to come back with my family in the future as it's also very well set up for family groups too.

It was a lovely spot for a warm beach getaway with family. The hot tub/pool was incredible. We had a great time and excellent interactions with Tina. She was was quick to respond and supportive!

We had a lovely few days at this property, with the most amazing views from house and peaceful scenery with a great grass area at the front for kids. So private and quiet. Diana was so helpful and kindly gave us a late checkout very last minute so we could finish up a work call. She offered lots of information on local activities/places to visit before we arrived which was very helpful. The house is a little more rustic than what we originally thought from photos but still so lovely and everyone had a great time. Thanks Diana for the 5 star service 👍
