The apartment is really very nice, well-structured and with everything. It is directly on the Trail of the Silent Villages, the comfort is total. Enrico is a very responsive and helpful host. You can comfortably cook on site, the kitchen is equipped, and there are also some options (the possibility of having a coffee for example). The property is very tidy and very clean. The surroundings are quiet. The wifi is missing, as reported, but unlike other guests I haven't experienced any network issues. In this intermediate season, since it is a new structure but in an old farmhouse, it may be a little cold, but nothing unbearable. The staircase to access the night floor is rough, it takes a little attention. The cost of the accommodation is more than adequate for a couple: for a single maybe it is a little high but it includes undeniable practical and logistical benefits.

We stayed at Stefania's house with our Maremma Gea. The outdoor space is very large and well cared for, ideal for those traveling with animals. The house has a fireplace, heating and air conditioners. There were many utensils, appliances in the kitchen, and we found a lot of things in the pantry. Stefania was a very attentive and welcoming host, in the morning she brought us sweets and orange juice. The house is in an area surrounded by woods and isolated from the town center. Ideal for escaping the chaos of the city. We recommended Stefania to improve the soundproofing of the house (which borders her). Otherwise we had a great time and were also able to collect the wild asparagus that grow on your property!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

We just finished out 10-day stay and it was outstanding. Giovanna’s directions were easy to follow and she answered all questions supportively. Property caretaker Wije was amazingly positive and attentive from checkin to checkout. Hiking and biking among olive farms and vineyards and an easy drive to plenty of Umbrian sites. Restaurants and grocery stores an easy drive away. The property itself is gorgeous and peaceful. Spectacular vacation all-around.
