Barbara is a great host. The building is brand new, very close to the Novo Rio Bus Station and steps from the VLT, which made it very easy for me. The property is all renovated and stylish, the balcony is an extra charm, overlooking the Christ. The new air-conditioning and the fans saved on the day of high heat I picked up in Rio. The washer and dryer also helped a lot. The condominium has complete infrastructure (children's playground, gourmet hall, swimming pool, etc...) and has an adult and children's pool, but you must have a medical certificate to use. My tip is to prepare the certificate so you can use the pool. The building also has a rooftop with beautiful view of the wonderful city. When I need to return to Rio, I already know where to stay!

Everything perfect!!! Super friendly, polite, receptive host, all the time was trying to find out if we were well accommodated and needed something. It gave great references to the place and indicated good places. I recommend this apartment, in addition to impeccable cleaning, high quality bed and bath linen, kitchen has all the utensils necessary to have a great daily rate. I will definitely refer this apartment to other friends and hopefully return soon. Gratitude for all attention and receptivity. I'm delighted with this apartment, definitely the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at! Everything is impeccably clean, new and very well equipped. I spent just one day in Rio during a connection and chose this place for the strategic location: close to the center and with easy access to the southern zone. The condominium is super safe and I still had time to take advantage of the swimming pool. Hosts are extremely polite and attentive. I recommend this Airbnb with my eyes closed and will undoubtedly return!

This place was amazing to stay over a month. The host was fast to response and would check up on me via message. The location might not be the beast, but there are a lot of space in walking distance to visit and you can take the tram which is located close by to go to lapa.
